35 m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a charming terrace house just around the corner of the lush Bürgerpark, the fairground and the central station. Your ideal basis for sightseeing or business in town. To make you feel home away from home 1 - 2 persons find a comfortable double bed with Swiss linen, separate shower and WC as well as an equipped kitchen featuring a Senseo coffeemaker and fairly traded coffee. For your comfort we make details count and provide cotton towels as well as fluffy bathrobes, slippers and guest amenities. Darkening curtains and additional shades give full privacy and seclusion whenever needed.

Relax after sightseeing or business. Nearby the lush Bürgerpark/Torfhafen, a vibrant market area and mainstation/fairground. The historical centre is just 1km away.

Pricing: 1 person 65 € per night, 2 persons 80 € per night. Final cleaning 25 € flat. 10% off for stays from 7 nights. 25% off for stays from 1 month.
If you are on a business trip we gladly provide a commercial invoice with VAT etc.!
Payment is possible by advance bank transfer and PayPal or on arrival by ec-cash, Maestro or credit card.

The non-smoker apartment is not suitable for physically challenged persons (no elevator)!
